  2. Delivery Time (8-12 business days, depending on the destination):

    • Calculated from pickup at our international transport center to the desired destination.

Total Expected Delivery Time (estimate):

  • Europa: 9 - 14 business days (standard shipping).

Please note that the above delivery times do not account for customs and related delays. Occasional delays may arise during peak periods like Christmas, Black Friday, or similar special offers.

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

As a special service, we currently offer free standard shipping for order within Europe.

    All delivery times mentioned do not include customs and related delays. Delays may occur during periods of increased demand, such as Christmas, Black Friday, or similar special offers. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please feel free to contact us.

    TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

    Upon packing, your package is handed over to our shipping company, and you will receive a tracking email. For logistical efficiency and optimal delivery times, your order may be shipped in several partial deliveries.

    Enjoy your order upon delivery! If any issues arise, or you wish to exchange or return a product, please refer to our return conditions.

    DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

    In the unfortunate event of a damaged product during transport, we provide the first replacement free of charge. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for damaged items on the second delivery. If the product arrives defective again, we will refund your full purchase price.

    LOST PARCEL

    Should a parcel be lost or undelivered due to logistic reasons, we will promptly send a new parcel before proceeding with our Refund and Return Policy. For issues related to customs fees, please contact us.

    DELIVERY ISSUES

    If a package is delivered to your doorstep or a post office but not accepted or picked up, the associated costs incurred by Paqtiv for delivery are €8.95. This amount may be deducted from your refund.

    TRACKING ISSUES

    If tracking your package is not immediately available, please allow 1-2 business days for the shipping company to update the location. We appreciate your patience.
